Cancellation Policy-

At Fringe Hair and Nail Studio, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1.     Cancellation Notice: We request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2.     Late Cancellation and No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total services booked.

3.     Booking Deposits- Some specialty services or appointments during peak hours may require a booking deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards your services, and in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.

4.     Rescheduling- We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

5.     Grace Period- Life can be unpredictable and we’re here to help. If you encounter unexpected circumstances that prevent you from providing the required notice, please reach out to us promptly. We’ll consider each case individually.
